According to a publication by MAKO, Noa Kirel has recently acquired an apartment in the Rainbow Project developed by Israel Canada, located in Sde Dov. Kirel’s purchase was made during the presale phase of the project. Additionally, Kirel has entered into a presentation agreement with Israel Canada, presumably for promotional purposes.
The Rainbow Project encompasses a residential resort concept consisting of six boutique buildings, each eight stories high, and a 40-story residential tower. The development is situated near Tel Aviv Port, Tel Baruch Beach, and Yarkon Park and offers a range of amenities. These include gyms, a spa complex, a private cafe, a business complex with dedicated workspaces and meeting rooms, two pools (one Olympic-sized and another for adults), and a designated area for children.
